MAX SOBOL
Max is a London based writer/director. In 2014 he completed his first feature film; 'You (Us) Me' which he wrote, directed and produced. The film had its International Premiere at Busan IFF as well as being screened at the East End FF, Gent IFF and several others. It is currently being sold internationally by Reel Suspects. The film was released on DVD and digital in the US in December 2016. He currently directs advertising content, whilst developing his next feature and a sitcom project.
MARK PLUCK
WRITER
'The Photographer' is Mark's debut outing as a writer.
He began developing the script several years ago whilst living in Barcelona, after becoming inspired by the hectic and often isolating city life he observed around him. Day-to-day he lives in London and works in advertising.

AMY THORNTON
Amy is an ambitious and creative Producer working, across film, advertising and television. Last year she produced her first feature; 'And Then I Was French', directed by Claire Leona Apps, which is showing at the East End Film Festival this year. Previously she was a Co-Producer on feature 'You (Us) Me', directed by Max Sobol, coming onto the project to oversee the post-production and delivery.

PRODUCER
Emma has worked across commercial content, TVCs and short films. She has produced work both in the UK and internationally, working on very low budget to £400k productions. She has produced over 100 commercials for online and TV and has this year helped produce along with Amy Thornton - 'The Photographer' - a short film directed by Max Sobol and ‘Cadence’ - Directed by Tom Clarkson which is still in post production.

MAEVE O'CONNELL
Maeve O'Connell is an Irish cinematographer and long time collaborator of director Max Sobol. Her work spans a diverse range of genres and formats including drama, both feature length and short, with notable screenings at Edinburgh, Montreal and Busan film festivals; music videos for artists Bring Me The Horizon, Bullet For My Valentine, and Rammstein's Richard Kruspe; and commercials for brands including Pampers, Haribo and Skittles.

JAVAN HIRST
Javan Hirst was born 22nd October, 1989 to Cheryl (Neesham), a nurse, and Michael Hirst, an aircraft engineer. He grew up in Cambridgeshire, England with his sister, Nikita. His interest in acting began at St Bedes Inter-Church school in Cambridge where he received acclaim for playing Gregory in a stage adaptation of the 1981 film Gregory’s Girl. Javan went on to study acting full-time after being offered a place at the prestigious Rose Bruford College in Sidcup, Kent.

Sophia is an actress and writer. Recent acting credits include Flowers (Channel 4), Crackanory (Dave), The Darkest Universe (Will Sharpe & Tom Kingsley), Little Cracker: Spencer Jones Christmas (Sky Arts). She writes and directs the web series Self Tapes and is part of the inaugural Betty and Peter List in association with Big Talk Productions, CTBF and LOCO (London Comedy Film Festival).
